Ordering & Payment
Orders can currently be made via E-mail only and payment can be made via cheque or postal order.
Please make all cheques/postal orders payable to Miranda Redmore.
We are working on an online order system which will be up and running in the next few weeks.

Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days of receiving payment (cheques or crossed postal orders will need to clear before your order can be sent out). If there is to be any delay we will contact with an estimated delivery date. We can not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If your goods don't arrive within 28 days and you haven't heard from ourselves, please contact us immediately.

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return any part of your order please do so via the following procedure. All goods must be returned with 14 days.

a) Contact us via our website to let us know which items you are retuning.

b) When returning the goods, ensure everything is securely wrapped. We will not refund on goods that are returned damaged. Within your returned parcel please include either your original invoice, email confirmation or a cover note with you name, address and order number so we can recognise who the goods belong to.

c) We can not accept liability for goods that are lost whilst being returned to us. So please ask for a 'Certificate of Posting' from your post office. These are free and, in the event of goods being lost, you can claim up to £30.00 compensation from Royal Mail. All details of how to do this are on the Royal Mail's web site.

Refunds can only be made to the person to placed the original order.

Damages
We take the utmost care to ensure all our packages arrive in perfect condition. If however there is any damage to your goods, please contact us right away. Please note that due to the fact that we use only natural products that the colour, size and quality of our products may vary slightly.
